  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times and costs vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, weight, and size of your order.

  • Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping availability may vary for some remote locations. If we cannot fulfill your order to your location, we will contact you immediately.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at novvacases@gmail.com so we can assist you.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at novvacases@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
