Return Policy

At Novva Cases, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Custom or personalized phone cases are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items or items marked as “Final Sale.”
Gift cards.
Products showing signs of wear or misuse.

Return Process

Submit a Return Request: Email us at novvacases@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back.
Ship Your Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. Ensure the package is securely packed and use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the same process as above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at novvacases@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
